Reach out to us via the Contact Us button or directly at edgecontracting4@gmail.com to get the process started and schedule an introductory meeting. At this meeting, you’ll meet with our lead builders and talk through all aspects of your project.

After the initial meeting, we will provide a project quote and timeline for your review. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll provide you with a contract and begin bringing your dream home to life.

Whether you already have the perfect house plan picked out, have been saving ideas for that dream renovation for a few years now, or have no clue where to start, we can point you in the right direction. You’re welcome to come to us with your finalized plans, or we can connect you with an architect to help make your ideas a reality.

Once plans are finalized, we will take care of submitting all permitting requests and organize the build process from day one to final inspection. We will provide you with access to a build timeline, customized to your specific build and updated frequently, so you always know what phase of the build process you’re in. We will also provide you with a timeline of finish selections and suggested vendors to visit.

As we reach build completion, we will do a final walkthrough to make sure every aspect of your new build or renovation is beyond your expectations. Once the final inspection is complete, we will hand over the keys so you can start enjoying the build of your dreams.
